At An-Intentional-Life, I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life, however, life can be hard and we sometimes get "stuck". That is where I come in! I will help you to find other paths, gain skills and resources, how to manage emotions and how to make difficult decisions.
My philosophy is rooted in the knowledge that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. If one of these sectors are off then so are the other two. Therefore, I work with people in understanding these connections and work with them on a path of healing.
I offer evidenced based practices such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Gestalt. There is never any pressure for any certain type of approach. You have autonomy in your treatment! If I don't offer the type of treatment you are looking for, I will be honest and help with offering referrals.

I hold multiple intensive day workshops throughout the year! Available workshops include:

5. Mindfulness: Learn how to use meditation, body scanning, mindful; eating, walking, and more to harness inner peace! This is a fun and interactive 4 hour workshop you won't want to miss!
6. Managing your Mind: Learn how to manage your thoughts to improve your mental health! 4 hours of packed knowledge and activities!
